Qualified U. S. Citizen Trainer / CBT Curricula Developer candidates in the Eatontown, New Jersey area with a DOD Secret security clearance or higher who can generate TRAINING SOWs, look at POIs, work with tradoc on training, interface with the soldier and the OEMs reference to training, (these skills must apprear on the resume), and will be knowledgeable about the development of CBT -Computer Based Ttraining, RADAR, MUSE, simulator training requirements, and the digital format required by the Army and willing to travel to various locations. (Ideally regionally local Eatontown, New Jersey area candidates preferred, no interviewing, travel or relocation expenses are provided for this opportunity.)
The selected U. S. Citizen Trainer candidate with a DOD Secret security clearance or higher will apply knowledge and skills of instructional and training program design to define a training curriculum for soldier operated systems. Develop Manuals and Training Package for Army Program offices. Conduct analysis and research of a client's learning situation, expectations, resources, learning needs, learning gaps and tasks, and the software, technology, and infrastructure available to meet client needs. Work with client subject matter experts and convert vendor developed material into training packages.
Design curricula according to instructional principles, client objectives, and program objectives. Provide training content, including instructor-led training, Web-based training, individualized training and train-the trainer, digital video instructional materials, virtual classroom, job aids, quick reference materials, and exercises. Implement practices surrounding the production of educational materials, structure content rollout to instructors, facilitators, and students, and perform general project management associated with a training program. Use concepts of process-orientation thinking, ensuring soldiers are able to apply knowledge in a wartime environment.

This outstanding opportunity based in the Eatontown, New Jersey area, offers a generous starting base salary in the $70,000 to $90,000 per year range based on experience plus benefits. Your asking compensation will be submitted after your approval.
